The game is about the protagonist, a young man named Dao Chang, who is hired to be the new secretary of the Ministry of Defense. His first mission is to defend the country against the invasion of monsters. He is assisted by the three goddesses: Mazu, the goddess of the sea; Huangfu, the goddess of the sky and earth; and Zhongmeng, the goddess of fate.
As the game progresses, Dao is forced to face more and more dangerous monsters. He is assisted by his friends and allies, who are all women. The team that Dao leads is called the "Little Heroes of the World."
Dao's goal is to defend the country and protect the citizens from the monsters. His home is in Changde, a city on the eastern shore of the Yellow Sea. His friends are all women, and they all support him in his mission.
